Return Policy

We always hope that you and your pup love what you have ordered! This is why we're here to make sure you're taken care of - we understand that our Pup Paw products may not fit your pup perfectly. In order to reduce our carbon footprint with unnecessary shipping, please do your best to measure your pup and refer to each individual item's sizing guide before proceeding with the purchase. To make this process easier we have outlined information to make the return process as smooth as possible. 

  • If you wish to return your item, we MUST receive your request within 15 days of the date you received your item. We cannot accept return requests after 15 days of the order being received.
  • We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, or in the same condition, it was received. Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item.  
  • After you’ve submitted a return request to PupPawApparelCo@gmail.com or Contact Uswe will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix it to your package.   
  • You are responsible for paying the return and exchange shipping costs – please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.  
    • If we send a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a complimentary shipping label for the return.
  • Out of respect to our customers, we do not resell used or worn items.

We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved. If approved, the money will be refunded in full (excluding shipping charges) to your original method of payment.    

All payment companies have a different amount of time it takes to process a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.   

   

Damaged Goods & Exchanges   

Upon receiving your order please inspect all your items and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged/defective item, or if you have received the wrong order. We are happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email us at PupPawApparelCo@gmail.com or Contact Us within 7 days of receiving your product to begin the process. We will do our best to resolve any issues, and ensure that you and your pup are satisfied. Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item.   

We will NOT accept any exchange requests for orders that have been received past the 7-day requirement outlined above.  

   

Final Sale Items   

If the item you have purchased is marked as “final sale” or "clearance" it does not qualify for a return/exchange and cannot be refunded.   

   

Insurance   

If you’re shipping items over +$75 please consider purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it arrives, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your item.
