Contact - How do I contact PupPaw Apparel Co? 

  • We are always here to help you and your pup! If you have any questions, concerns, or feedback please don't hesitate to reach out to us! We would be more than happy to help answer any questions you might have, or to help you with your order.  

       

      Payment - What forms of payment are accepted? 

      • We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and the following Credit Cards: American Express, Discover, and MasterCard.
      • You will be charged within 24 hours from the time you place your order.

         

        Partnerships - Do you work with Influencers or Brand Ambassadors? 

        • We plan on working with Pup Ambassadors/Influencers in the future. Please reach out to us on social media @PupPawApparel.Co or send us a message if you are interested in having your pup work with us!  
        •  Pup Ambassadors will benefit from:

          Giveaways - Do you participate or partner in giveaways? 

          • We would love to participate in all giveaways, but being a small business, we can only participate in certain giveaways that are asked of us, as giveaway partnerships are reserved mainly for our Pup Ambassadors.    
          • For loyal Pup Paw Apparel customers, we are more receptive to partnering in giveaways with those who support us and are familiar with our brand. Unfortunately, if you do not follow us or are not a current customer, we will decline your request.  

           

          Product Info

          Size & Fit – How do I find the right size for my pup? 

          • Use a soft tape measure to measure your pup's neck size, if you don't have measuring tape a piece of string and a ruler will do just as well. Pull the tape as snug as possible without restricting your pup's neck, as there should be enough room for you to fit at least two fingers in between your pup's neck and the measuring tape. 
             
          • We understand that our furry friends come in all different shapes and sizes, which is why we have a size guide that will help you find the perfect size for your pup! If you still need any help with sizing or recommendations, you can contact us here.   

           

          Care – How do I care for my PupPaw bandana? 

          • To keep your bandanas looking great, we recommend that you machine wash in cold water on delicate. Do NOT tumble dry, lay flat to air dry and iron only on a low heat setting. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners!   

           

          Quality – What are your bandanas made of? 

          • Our bandanas are made from a durable polyester fabric, as well as being dual layered to ensure that no matter what adventures you go on with your pet it will keep them looking amazing!  

           

          Shipping & Returns

          Shipping - Where do you ship? 

          • We currently only ship to Canada and the U.S.
          • Being a small business we hope that we can continue to grow, and eventually be able to share our Pup Paw Apparel products with our International friends ♡  

           

          Return - What is your return policy? 

          • If you wish to return your item, we MUST receive your request within 7 days of the date you received your item. We do not accept return requests 7 days after the order is received.
            • We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, or in the same condition, they were received. Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item.
            • After you’ve submitted a return request to PupPawApparelCo@gmail.com or Contact Us, we will send you a PDF of the return shipping label. Please print it out and affix it to your package.
            • You are responsible for paying for the return and exchange shipping costs – please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
              • If we send a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a complimentary shipping label for the return.
            • Out of respect to our customers, we do not resell used or worn items.
